Virtual Journey Through Copan, Honduras

Description: During the summer of 1997, Ty Benoit was selected by the National Endowment for the Humanities to spend six weeks with twenty-four other college and university professors studying the history of the Maya, both ancient and modern. Using a digital camera, she posted the highlights from the trip with some brief descriptions and questions for readers to consider. The images may be used by students and faculty for non-commercial, educational purposes.
