Study of the Portola Expedition 1769

Description: Students take on the identity of a person on the Portola expedition. Each day the students keep a journal for their character. As a class, students devise a list of questions for each character. The, those students who had the same character form a group and answer the questions for that character. At the end of the week, the students present their answers in a performative fashion.
